It is not okay to question your ability.
It is not okay to have a negative self-chat.
It is not okay to think that you could have done something in a situation of past.
It is not okay to fake a smile when you are not okay.
It is not okay to have bottled up emotions when you feel like talking about it.
It is not okay to avoid the existence of problem.
It is not okay to have a much needed break from routine.
It is not okay to stay longer at rock bottom forever.
